We endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible and make sure all items displayed are in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that items shown are still available. If an order is received for an out of stock item you will be informed of this within 24 hours and given the option to cancel the order or have an alternative item.

Security
Secure payments are taken using the Protx credit card processing service. Sohohip.co.uk does not store credit card numbers in its database.

Shipping
Orders under £35 are shipped using First Class Recorded delivery. Orders over £35 are shipped using Special Delivery.

Current shipping costs are :-

Band A — (£ 5.95)
Band F — (£ 10.00)

NOTE: If ordering more than one item you will only incur the shipping cost of the highest banded product.

All carriage costs are based on delivery to Mainland UK. Delivery to offshore addresses may incur an additional cost, of which you will be notified before the order is processed.

If your order has not arrived, please email us at sohohip@hotmail.com. Tell us your order number and we'll track your parcel via the Royal Mail website and let you know the tracking number too. Please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive before contacting us.

Communication
By signing up to Sohohip.co.uk you will receive promotional information which we think will be of interest, such as special offers, further reductions, and latest products. You can however opt out of receiving promotional information by clicking unsubscribe on any of our emails.

Cancellation of an order
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from sohohip.co.uk for a full refund, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel an order you will need to make the request in writing quoting your order number within 7 days, to sohohip@hotmail.co.uk

However if your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Return of Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the item(s), or exchange the item for a different colour or size, depending on whether stock is available.

We recommend that you send the items back by registered post and insure the item to cover its value. The item is your responsibility until it reaches Sohohip and the cost of returning the item is covered by yourself.
